Welcome to Qianzhuli. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data may be processed when you use the app.

This Policy applies to your use of Qianzhuli and related features, including work logs, notes, special-date reminders, voice broadcast, backup, and restore.
2. Data We May Process
Depending on the features you use, the app may process:
- Data you enter: work entries, notes, special dates, settings, display name, voice/reminder preferences;
- Locally generated data: input history, reminder scheduling state, legal-consent status and timestamps;
- Device/runtime technical data: minimal technical information needed for notifications, backup, ads, and diagnostics (subject to OS and SDK behavior).
3. How Data Is Processed
- The app primarily uses local storage for your business data.
- Export/Import reads from or writes to local files based on your action.
- If you enable notifications, voice, or ads, related permissions and third-party SDKs may process necessary technical data to provide those features.
4. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. To provide certain features, the app may use third-party services/SDKs (for example, ads, notifications, voice capabilities). Those parties may process data under their own privacy terms.
5. Retention and Deletion
- Local data retention is primarily controlled by you;
- You can delete data through in-app deletion, clearing app data, uninstalling, or restore overwrite;
- Uninstall or device damage may cause irreversible data loss without valid backups.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. If you are covered by U.S. state privacy laws (including Colorado), you may contact us via Settings → Technical Support in the app, or email support@hansonsoft.com.
7. Children
The app is intended for adult professional users (e.g., massage therapists working in the U.S.) and is not directed to children.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your device and backup files from unauthorized access.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy for product, legal, or security reasons. Updates may be posted in-app, on this page, or via other reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Policy.

- 当您启用通知、语音或广告功能时，相关系统权限与第三方 SDK 可能处理必要技术数据以完成对应功能。
